ZUMBA FITNESS & TONING
Since its inception in 2001 by the Founder Mr. Beto Perez, the Zumba program has grown to become the world’s largest dance-fitness program with more than 12 million people of all shapes, sizes and ages taking weekly classes in over 125 countries.
When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba Toning raises the bar!
Zumba Toning combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba® moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party!
Classes can be offered in Zumba Kids, Aqua Zumba and Zumba Gold.
STOTT MAT PILATES
Pilates is a conditioning method that builds flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, back and especially the core. Founder Mr. Joseph Pilates, dedicated his entire life to improving the physical health of people. The practice of Mat Pilates places emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment and dynamic stability, breathing, developing a strong core body and improving coordination and balance.
This class will teach you how to correctly align your body, utilize effective breathing and awareness techniques, and incorporate core stability and movement principles to flow through postures in a balanced and mindful manner.
PERSONAL TRAINING
Personal trainers possess the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to design safe and effective fitness programs. They instruct and assist people in reaching personal health and fitness goals. The training programs you develop should be varied and progressive, and geared toward improving your clients’ health and wellness. An ability to design and execute individual and small group exercise fitness programs, tailored to the needs and attainable goals of the individual, apparently healthy client, in a safe and effective way.
